Shops / Supermarket 1 km, Restaurant 1 km, Bus stop 400 m., Sandy beach 2.5 km, Golf course 6 km. Remark: Car needed.
Price per week
The villa is rented per week, arrival on Saturday’s check in after 16:00 hour, before 19:00 hours and departure on Saturday’s before 10:00 a.m., different check-in and departure days / times are possible upon request. Additional costs are; making the beds including bedlines and bathroom towel €200,00 per villa, on request weekly change of bedlines and towels at €200,00 per villa, although there is an washing machine an dryer in the premises. Cleaning costs are €220,00.
In addition to the accommodation costs, there is a deposit of €500 euro payable latest one month before arrival, the deposit will be refunded within 1 week after departure by bank, provided that the accommodation is returned in the same condition as you have received it. Any defect or damage is deducted at market rates, without prejudice to your liability if the deposit is not sufficient.

Arrival by plane will be mostly at Nice Airport (NCE) 30 km, Toulon-Hyères (TLN) 130 km or Marseille (MRS) 180 km. From the port of Cannes (less than 10 car minutes from the villa) without traffic by boat ferry to St Tropez in 45 minutes!!
